In accordance with federal regulations, FCB&T is giving you this notice to tell you how we may use information about you or your account. The following privacy policy and disclosure outlines what nonpublic personal information we collect, how we protect nonpublic personal information, and how we share nonpublic personal information. This notice also advises you of your right to keep certain information from being shared with other companies within and outside FCB&T and its affiliates. When we use the words “you” and “your” we mean all of our customers who have or have had a relationship with us.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
We strive to keep our records of our information about you accurate and up to date. If you tell us of an error, we will update our records promptly.
We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you as described in Section I above to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted or required by law, such as:
a) If you tell us not to, we will not share your nonpublic personal information listed in Section I with companies outside the FCB&T family, except as permitted by law in certain circumstances, such as sharing information necessary to process and service your account.
b) If you tell us not to, we will not share with our affiliated companies information that you provide to us or that we obtain from third parties. As permitted by law, however, we may still share any information about our transactions or experiences with you to companies within the FCB&T family.
You may opt-out of either or both of (a) or (b) above by calling us toll free at 1-800-479-8077 and asking for the Compliance Department. Please note that if you have a joint account and decide to opt out, it will apply to all participants on the account.
Once we receive your request, we have a reasonable amount of time to stop sharing your nonpublic personal information.
FCB&T will continue to adhere to its disclosed privacy practices for an account even if it becomes inactive or is closed. This notice updates and replaces any previous privacy notices from FCB&T.
