Reservation Policy

Reservations may be made by phone to Sara or Lin at 773-883-4144 or by email to lghilarducci@firstchicago.com. In an effort to better serve you, reservations for trips can be called in and will be held for two weeks. At that time, payment is due and if it is not received your ticket will be released. Please note that we are not able to contact you to see if you still want the ticket. Payments can be deducted from your Wintrust Community Bank account by completing the Reservation Form. Full refunds will be given up to the time the bank purchases the event tickets. To receive a full refund on cancellations less than one month prior to the event date or prior to our purchase, we must be able to sell your ticket to another interested member. Terms and conditions of the Good Life Program are subject to change. Some restrictions may apply.
